(1) No advance booking is required for the services; may please walk-in to ICBF office, we are more than happy to assist you.

(2) Timing for submission of documents for Consular services: 12:00 Noon to 7:30 pm from Saturday to Thursday only. (Friday Holiday)

(3) The timing for collection of documents: 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Saturdays to Thursdays. Please bring the original receipt given at the time of submission.

(4) ICBF Office location: Integrated Indian Community Center (IICC), Villa No: 47, Behind Teyseer Petrol Station, Nuaija, Al Thumama.

(5) Only the applicant will be allowed to enter ICBF premises for consular services. Anyone else accompanying the applicant will not be allowed, except in the case of minors where a legal guardian can accompany the child.
